powerline pass
We mountain biked on our next scout, down Powerline Pass to Gray Lake and Green Lake. Powerline Pass is within the city of Anchorage, about a 15 minute drive from my office. It's truly amazing how quickly one can get from the city to amazing vistas in Anchorage! By the way, I definitely see a heart cloud in pic 2!

My wife and I love Alaska, at least in the summer. We've been to AK 4 times with the last time being June of this year. We didn't get to stay long this year as we were headed up there for a cruise from Seward to Vancouver. However, even with our short stay we enjoyed our trip south of Anchorage immensely.
