This is off the Denali Highway a few miles outside of Cantwell. It's hunting season out there, and you have to be a little careful about roaming around taking pictures in the bushes. Nearly everyone I passed was dressed in camo looking for moose.

Absolutely stunning.
And wear a bright orange vest for safety!
Back when I ate meat, I thought it was odd that everyone didn't know how to find/kill their own meat. Now I can't imagine why anyone would. Go figure!
