The Barrow shoot went 100% perfectly, and everyone was happy! Then it was on to Fairbanks for a sled dog gig. I must be out of practice, as I stupidly led a dog right near a chained dog right before meal time. The dog that was chained reached out to bite the other dog, and got my hand instead! I needed four stitches, but even though it's on the hand I write with, it isn't affecting me at all because of its position. I get the stitches out in 10 days. At least I got a pretty purple bandage!
Sorry for the gross picture! They leave the wound open a bit because of possible dog germ infection.

And there was the dog fight in LA when you were pet-sitting someone who didn't mention that her dog was vicious -- and the dog that attacked you while you were dog walking in AK last year. Hmmm ... maybe you need to avoid dogs! LOL and feel better soon.

yeah, but I didn't need stitches for any of those! (and we all know I'll never avoid dogs!)
