Well done !

We are a long way away and cannot vote in this election but a lot of people down here in Australia are really afraid of Palin and McCain and what they will do if they get power.

Cheers from Downunder

Doug

I was reading an article about the election and was linked to your site.

I live in Illinois and the way it has been reported stateside, every Alaskan loves Palin. Thanks for taking the time to post the pictures.

It is refreshing to see what people really think!

Have a great day!

So happy to see that not all Alaskans are supporting the McNasty ticket. Thanks for giving some of us in the lower 48 some much-needed hope! Nice pictures on your blog, too!

Laura, could you comment on the bill that proposes to build a road through the izembek isthmus wilderness:

Is this really as ill-advised as it sounds?

It is really refreshing to see the pictures on your website as most of the press seems to be so enamored with Palin that they give the impression she is well-liked by ALL Alaskan residents.

I have forwarded your website to several people.

Thank you for enlightening us!

OK, so, I'm sooooo sick of Palin and talking about her that I'm going to leave a message that has nothing to do with her.

(Go Obama, since he has the best chance of beating McPalin. [Man, that sounds like a McDonalds sandwich, doesn't it? Coming soon to an Alaska McDonalds near you...])

Laura-- for somebody that claims to be very afraid of bears, that's an awfully ballsy picture of you! I'm assuming that it was taken somewhere on Kodiak Island. Nice pic!

Thanks for visiting my site and for getting this video. I have much more information coming in the next couple of days, I haven't started on McCain yet but the info I've been digging up makes him look even worse than I already knew he was. I do have a short clip of him singing "bomb bomb bomb,, bomb, bomb, Iran" on my myspace blog though.

Eva, I don't feel qualified to comment on that, perhaps someone in the Mudflats community would? Chris, that was taken in Port Moller on the Northern AK Peninsula...I don't know what I was thinking...except there was a huge boar nearby so those sows and cubs were not thinking about me at all!

This is AWESOME! I live in AK (ft rich) and find it so funny that ppl think everyone here is totally for Palin. And funny a lot are now for McCain. They seem to forget in the primaries he was in 4th place with just 16% of the votes.....

OBAMA 08!!!!!

Love this Army wife!!!

Hi Laura!
The colors are just about prime up here at Hatchers. You might want to get up this way this weekend, despite the soggy weather. Give me a shout if you do.

Is this how the majority of Alaskans feel? Bush in a skirt?Americans have been Bushwhacked long enough.

I think she was chosen because McCain feels he'll get the Hillary vote and he can control Palin. Every time Palin opens her mouth she is an embarrassment to women.

Everyone I talk to says if M/P are elected, they are leaving the country. That is how angry people are.
