Isn't it amazing what just a few weeks will do? Chignik is now lush and green! It's truly a gorgeous place, lots of mountains and waterfalls. And apparently bears, there have been several sightings. Luckily I usually travel with one or two dogs so I'm hoping for the best!

My husband and I lived in Alaska when we were first married and your photos just took me down a happy path of memories!
We lived at MP 105 New Richardson Highway across from Wrangell Saint Elias N.P. It was beautiful! I felt right at home in AK, being Canadian.
