I work as a Wildlife Technician and sled dog handler. This takes me all over Alaska, from the Aleutians to Nome to Prudhoe Bay to Southeast. I enjoy the traveling and adventure this beautiful state has to offer!

Question: did the eagle pick that spot to use the signposts as supports...or did someone put up the signposts to keep people away from an active nest?

The signs were there first--to guide planes.
