I'm on my way to Kodiak for my summer Wildlife Tech job, this time in Chignik.  It's about an 18 hour ferry ride from Kodiak.  I only stopped there for about 15 minutes last summer dropping off a co-worker, but I had time to take these pictures.  Looking back over them, I'm thinking that dog-wise, Chignik is definitely the place to be.  I missed out on dogs last year, what with all the bears.

Ah, yes, Chignik is the place to be if one prefers dogs to bears! Have a good summer and send lots of updates.
